Purchase of a product/item on the website is subject to availability as per stock. Giftmajik.com reserves the right, at any time, to update or change/modify, suspend, or discontinue the sale of any product or their services with or without notice.

In the situation or event a product or service is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to typographical error, or clerical error, error in pricing or information received from giftmajik suppliers, giftmajik shall have all the right, pre- or post the acceptance of any order, to decline or cancel any such order, whether or not the order has been confirmed and/or you have been charged for such product or service. If you have already been charged for the order and giftmajik cancels your order, upon review of the situation or issue we will refund the amount.

There may be a slight variation in the pictures and the respective products. And change of product upon unavaiablity isssue but with proper notification to cutomer.
