Order Changes and Cancellations
www.giftmajik.com is unable to cancel or change orders already in process, en route or delivered. For any information, reach us at contact@giftmajik.com through email or on mobile phones 91- 981598989, 91-9872890536.
We recommend you to create your account on www.giftmajik.com which provides you view your order track your order and to change your that order for which you have not paid you have just added in your basket and more over if you liked your old order with us you can straight way send same order again which saves your time.
In case of Problems with an Order:
At Giftmajik, we make every effort to ensure that you receive excellent service. If, at any time, you experience problems with an order, please let us know at feedback@giftmajik.com contact@giftmajik.com.
Please note; we are unable to entertain any complaint for perishable products like fresh flowers, cake etc. after 12 hours from the time of delivery
Time of delivery:
Regretfully, we are unable to guarantee time of delivery to rural route addresses, hotels, hospitals, military bases or cemeteries. To request a specific delivery time, please type it into the Special Instructions field during checkout. We will do our best to accommodate your preferences.
www.giftmajik.com is not responsible for:
1. Flowers, plants, fruits, sweets, gift products and preserved items delivered to incorrect addresses supplied by the sender.
2. Unsuccessful deliveries arising from the recipient not being present at time of delivery at the address supplied by the sender.
3. Decreased product quality due to an incorrect delivery address supplied by the sender, or a re-route requested by the sender.
4. Product quality problems caused by improper handling by the recipient.
Substitution Policy:
Occasionally, substitutions of flowers or containers are necessary due to temporary, regional availability issues. If this is the case with the gift you have selected, we ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal or higher value. We however reserve the right to substitute the flowers (Including specified color) / other products with equal or higher value in case of non- availability of the desired product.
Delivery to Hospitals, hotels, Company office, wedding palace Policy
1. Gift will be delivered to reception of hospital, Hotel, office in case recipient do not turn up for receiving the gift.
2. Complete address including name, room no, telephone should be mentioned.
3. For hospitals Gift cannot be delivered to ICU or type of areas not allowed for visits in that case gift will be delivered to reception or patient attendant.
4. For delivery of gift items to Marriage Halls/ Wedding or function Ceremonies, we may not be able to assure the delivery to the bride and/or bride-groom. However, we shall ensure that the delivery is made to one of the responsible member of host. Also, if possible we shall provide you with the name of the recipient through our order confirmation mail
Recipient is Not at Home Policy
To ensure our delivery we can do any of the following depending upon situation.
1. We Need contact phone no. our delivery guy can call the recipient
2. Leave a note on the recipient’s door asking them to contact us.
3. Leave the gift bouquet with a neighbor and place a message on the recipient’s door with this information
Redirection Policy of:
The delivery will NOT be redirected/ redelivered to any other address in any circumstance.
Delivery of order policy:
www.giftmajik.com will attempt delivery of your gifts only ONCE. In the case of delivery is not executed during the attempt, the customer shall still be charged for the order and no re-delivery will be possible. We will consider the order executed in the following cases
1. Recipient refusing to accept the delivery
2. Wrong shipping/delivery address/Receiver address
3. Delivered the product at the Gate/ Reception/ Neighbor
4. Recipient not available/Premises locked
5. Wrong Mobile/landline no or Ext no which result us unable to reach the recipient for the delivery
Local Public Holidays any General Strike “Bharat-Bandh or country - State strike”
Please be aware that www.giftmajik.com cannot guarantee delivery on Public Holidays, or General Strike in the Tricity or state. Please check the Public Holidays listing by the government of the recipient's city before placing your order.
Order delivery date is as per condition mentioned on www.giftmajik.com i.e. as per IST
Back date orders are not acceptable
Pricing Policy:
All prices listed on the www.giftmajik.com are subject to change. In the event a product item of any type is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to typographical error or error in pricing, we shall have the right, prior to the acceptance of your order pursuant to our Order Acceptance Policy described below, to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, we shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the charge.
Please note that the colors of items and products may depend on your hardware computer/laptop/i-pad/cell phone screen and may not be correctly displayed.
The availability of products and other items on www.giftmajik.com may change at any time, without notice.
Payment Terms
For each product or service you order, you agree to pay the price applicable for the product or service (including any sales taxes, surcharges, Vat or any kind of government tax and any delivery) as of the time you submitted the order.

How to Place order:
There are two ways you can place order on www.giftmajik.com as following:
1. Create an account with us and place order by selecting gift of your choice from www.giftmajik.com
2. The other way is without creating account with us and directly buys and proceeds to payment.
3. You can also communicate through email / whats app and over phone for placing your order. And pay through Paytm, Netbanking etc
But we do not recomend direct cash deposite to our account as it is further chargeable per transaction to us by bank so kindly avoid it.
Note: We strongly recommend you to create account and track your order status and other details which help you as well as us.
How Placed order will be delivered:
The placed order is delivered with care and trust at receiver address provided by the sender, and is delivered on the day scheduled by the sender.
